Working From Home with Above the Horizon

If you are ready to jump right in to working from home with ATH then complete the application below & then follow the instructions to complete your Arise agent portal to join the ATH team. 

Whether you have registered with ATH on the Arise Platform yet or not, review the checklist below to ensure you are ready to start working from home!

Please Note: In order to use the Arise Platform, the system and equipment policy, detailed on the downloadable PDF, must be met. This PDF details computer, headset, phone, Internet and equipment that is compatible with the Arise Platform.  Certain client programs may have additional requirements. Prior to selecting a client program, you will have access to the Opportunity Announcement which details any additional requirements above and beyond the ones listed in the PDF.

Create a Profile: The Profile is where you enter your basic information, such as contact information. You can complete a Profile and the Admissions process by CLICKING HERE.


During this step, please enter my CSP# as a reference. CSP# 1144349.


Read & Sign: Read and sign a non-disclosure agreement to access client names and details.


Join the Arise Network: This is where you will have the opportunity to enter my IBO ID# to join the Above the Horizon, LLC. team. My IBO# is 80990. Once you enter this code you will click on the magnifying glass icon to submit your option. Once you have completed this step please notify me via email. Your account will then be reviewed and if approved you will be able to move on to the next step.

Which Independent Contractor Type should I choose?


Please review all options below to ensure the best fit for you.

You can register as a..

  • Individual Sole Proprietor

    • With this option, the business relationship is between you and Arise. You will be responsible for any and all legal issues, disputes, taxes, direct deposit, etc.

    • This eliminates Above the Horizon's ability to assist on your behalf in any way.

    • You will no longer receive incentives or course vouchers for select client opportunities.

    • These options are only available to Above the Horizon registered agents.

  • New Call Center

    • This option is for individuals who have an EIN and are looking to become a small business owner utilizing the Arise platform.

    • You will be responsible for any and all legal issues, disputes, taxes, direct deposit, etc.

    • This eliminates Above the Horizon's ability to assist on your behalf in any way.

    • You will no longer receive incentives or course vouchers for select client opportunities.

    • These options are only available to Above the Horizon registered agents.

  • Agent of Existing Call Center (Recommended)

    • Above the Horizon recommends this option as we provide overhead protection. Above the Horizon will dispute technical and service issues you encounter with Arise, their clients, or support teams. 

    • Above the Horizon processed your 1099-MISC form each year, your direct deposit every 1st & 15th, and provide a buffer of representation between you, Arise and the client.

    • By registering as an agent with Above the Horizon you may qualify to receive incentives and vouchers for free or reduced certification.

Read & Sign: Once more the system will prompt you to read and sign a non-disclosure agreement as well as a waiver to be placed in your file. Once you have completed this step please notify us to finalize your application.


Select a Client Program: You have the flexibility to choose the client program that you would like to service. Our clients include many Fortune 500 companies such as major telecommunications, cruise lines and the world’s largest online retailer. After discussing the options with us as well as the pay for each client opportunity, you will have the ability to select and enroll in the client opportunity that best fits your needs and skill set.

Background Check: All Independent Business Owners (that would be us) and their agents (that means you) will be required to have a background check completed. Requirements regarding the impact of background checks may vary from project to project. Background checks are completed through First Advantage. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your background check, please reach out to them directly at 1-866-439-7179.  

Please Note: Each client offers a certification course that must be passed in order to begin servicing. These are highly specialized, instructor-led online courses that provide information on the client’s systems that you will be using to service, as well as the requirements for the program. Most come with a fee that start as low as $9.99. However, there may be vouchers and waivers available. Please inquire on how you can qualify for these benefits.


 Certify in a Client Program: For each client program, you must complete the certification course where you will learn in detail about the client program, including the performance metrics and the client’s systems that you will use during servicing. This will be considered the training period where most of our clients will not offer revenue.


Execute a Contract: You and Arise will execute a Statement of Work (SOW) for each client program you choose to service. You may only service 3 clients at one time, however, you are not authorized to train for more than one client at once. Once the Statement of Work (SOW) is signed, you will then be a proud member of the Above the Horizon team and can begin to service and earn revenue.
